the secret ingredient in this recipe is the chilli powder. if i feel like it, i shall post the recipe for the chilli powder some other time :)
a 1cm cube of ginger, and chop 1 onion
1. heat some oil and fry spices (cinnamon sticks, star anis, clove, bay leaves)
2. add garlic and ginger, both finely chopped and fry for some time
3. add chopped onion and fry til golden brown
4. add chicken pieces and fry for 10 min
5. add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp aachi's chilli powder, 1 tsp
salt (salt as desired)
6. add milk or water if milk not available
7. boil for 15 min
